ASB Payment

The ASB program fees are paid in one instalment on November 10, 2017.  Students who receive their offer to the ASB Program on Friday, November 3, 2017 will need to pay the full ASB program fees by Friday, November 10, 2017, following the same steps as paying tuition.

Payment will be accepted in the following ways:

** For students from affiliated colleges, to ensure your space you must make your payment to Main Campus. Choose from the options below. **

  1. Cheque, made payable to Western University and dropped off at Student Central, 1120 WSSB
  2. Cheque, made payable to Western University and mailed to Student Financial Services, 1140 WSSB, Western University, London, ON N5A 3K7
  3. Internet banking - information on payment to Main Campus via internet banking can be found at

Note: Students are required to submit their final payment to ensure their space in the program is reserved and officially accept their offer. If payment is not received on Friday, November 10, 2017 the student will be forfeiting their space.

After November 10, 2017 ALL ASB program fees are considered non-refundable, because the ASB Program must submit non-refundable payments for flights, insurance and ground transportation and the program fees to our community partners.
